BRAND STORY

The inventors of Tandoori chicken, Butter chicken and Dal Makhani. Kundan Lal Gujral was the first in Peshawar to dig a Tandoor right in the middle of the eatery. Since then, Peshawar was introduced to the culinary art of Tandoori Chicken.

Credited with the trailblazing turn-around of Moti Mahal, from being a small but iconic presence in Delhi, to becoming a Multi national Corporation that is well on its way to defining how the world eats Indian food.

The first outlet of Moti Mahal was a grand success and Maldivians salivated for the taste again, and we are looking forward to opening in a grander location in the near future

BRAND STORY

Our bakery arm has three established outlets in the capital city of Male’ and one more that is in Hulhumale’ . Each of our outlets acts as the bridge that is gapping our pastry and bakery division to our retail consumers. We have faced huge growths within the first two quarters of this year and with added premium products this is looking to continue.

Our state of the art bakery can push out a minimum of 3000 breads per rotation. Our staff are well equipped to handle increases in load and our machines are serviced and maintained to rigorous standards set by our partners abroad such as Swissbakes & Delifrance. Our pastry division is being head by several up and coming pastry chefs from all over the globe, and with the addition of the premium range of Delifrance wholesale and retail we increase our product depth

We have 200 different SKU’s that include and are not limited to sliced white bread, brown bread, buns (seeded & not), croissants, muffins, donuts, savory pastries, sweet pastries, different types of cakes in standard and customizable sizes, etc. We are equipped with a fleet of over 5 vehicles within the Greater Male’ area to cater to the wide distribution network across the Maldives.
